About the role
Customer Service Representatives support Avery Dennison’s customers by providing accurate and complete information that meets our customers’ needs. They address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to successful resolution or escalation including order management, quality, and lead times. Individuals in these roles think ahead and anticipate needs, opportunities, and concerns from the customers they support and proactively take action accordingly.
