Job Description – Learner Support Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (upGrad, 22nd Floor, B - Building, Westgate (By True Value), Nr. YMCA Club, S.G. Highway)
Work Mode: Work from Office (6 Days)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Role & Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to learners to resolve queries and provide support.
• Attend live sessions and coordinate with SMEs for smooth session conduction.
• Ensure recording of live sessions and manage post-session surveys.
• Act as a point of coordination between learners, SMEs, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and updates using internal systems and Excel.
Required Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and internal systems.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume learner interactions.
• Professional approach and customer-focused mindset.
