Scope of duties:Manage customer orders in SAP and the e-commerce portal: validation, entry, tracking, and fulfillment
Ensure alignment of order details with commercial offers and SAP data (payment terms, pricing, Incoterms, delivery terms)
Coordinate order planning with Production and monitor delivery timelines
Advise on transport mode (FCL, LCL, FTL, LTL, Air) and calculate loading capacities
Oversee preparation of transport and export documentation, including customs and dangerous goods (ADR/IMDG)
