Job Description

Scope of duties:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in the end-to-end order management process while also acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Production, Logistics, and external customers.
Your responsibilities will include both operational excellence and proactive collaboration to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage customer orders in SAP and the e-commerce portal: validation, entry, tracking, and fulfillment

  • Ensure alignment of order details with commercial offers and SAP data (payment terms, pricing, Incoterms, delivery terms)

  • Coordinate order planning with Production and monitor delivery timelines

  • Advise on transport mode (FCL, LCL, FTL, LTL, Air) and calculate loading capacities

  • Oversee preparation of transport and export documentation, including customs and dangerous goods (ADR/IMDG)
