  • A customer service representative handles inquiries, resolves complaints, and provides information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include answering calls or emails, processing orders or returns, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while addressing customer needs.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
