Description

The objective of the position is to serve as the main point of contact between the customer and operations. The person in this role will manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and must ensure that all customer information requests are handled professionally, efficiently, clearly, and in a timely manner, whether the customers are internal or external to Hutchinson.

He/she will respond to incoming calls and emails regarding order status, order confirmations, shipment dates for pending orders, new confirmation dates, etc. He/she will interact and coordinate with other departments to obtain the required information—such as Planning, Quality, Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and Sales—collecting technical information and communicating effectively with all customers through various channels.
