Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Rayleigh
Remuneration: Up to £30, per year
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - f ully office based
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the customer service function, ensuring exceptional support and care for our clients. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance client satisfaction. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of equipment. Assist with contract management, ensuring adherence to service agreements. Collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide administrative and project support to the Managing Director as needed.
