Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor


Location: Rayleigh


Remuneration: Up to £30, per year


Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - f ully office based


Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage the customer service function, ensuring exceptional support and care for our clients.

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of equipment.

  • Assist with contract management, ensuring adherence to service agreements.

  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Managing Director as needed.
