**Requirement's**:
Level of studies: High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
Experience: 1 year or more as supervisor in contact centers/call center/customer service
Open to work 100% presential.
English advanced must needed (B2).
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership.
Pc skills.
**What would you do?**
- Have extensive knowledge of the products offered, as well as the systems used to provide customer support.
- Ensure that the established objectives are met.
- Efficiently manage staff schedules.
- Maximize negotiations and minimize escalations.
- Supervise, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and develop the team under your supervision.
- Identify, resolve problems, and correct errors related to daily operations, providing a description of these issues and their solutions.
- Prepare reports to support management.
