  • Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Salary Package : up to $4500+ AWS + VB

The Job

Lead Customer Service & Order Fulfilment Operations

Oversee end-to-end order processing from quotation to invoicing and delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth customer experience in a B2B environment.

Supervise Cross-Functional Support Teams

Manage and coach a small team covering customer service, procurement coordination, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless day-to-day execution.

Support Pricing, Systems & Digital Process Improvements

Maintain pricing and customer data within ERP/CRM systems...
