Job Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in, phone, and online customer inquiries on daily services and requests.
  • Assist customers with service registration, forms, and basic documentation.
  • Prepare reports, invoices, quotations, and business correspondence
  • Prepare simple reports for management on customer satisfaction, resolved issues, and customer feedback to improve relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer requests and issues.
  • Update customer records and ensure smooth day-to-day service operations.

Requirements

  • At least a GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team
