With a strong team culture and a commitment to excellence, they're now looking to bring on a proactive and motivated Customer Service Support Specialist to help take their internal sales and service operations to the next level.

The Opportunity

Based in Girraween, this full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and delivering outstanding support to sales teams and customers. You'll work closely with account managers, reps, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations from order to delivery.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Processing sales orders and quotes in SAP-accurately and on time

  • Handling customer inquiries, warranty claims, and after-sales support

  • Coordinating internal sales activity including promotions and product launches

  • Managing sales support docs, CRM records, and internal communications

  • Working cross-functionally with dispatch, production, finance, and more

  • Keeping customers happy with fast, professional responses and follow-ups

  • Supporting the team with admin, scheduling, and general coordination

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in internal sales support, customer service, or sales admin

  • Strong attention to detail and confident with systems like SAP and Microsoft Office

  • Great communication skills and a proactive, team-first attitude

  • Able to juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and handle fast-paced environments

  • Safety-focused, solution-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running
