Customer Service Support Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time


Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with a 1-hour break


Salary: $1,000 per month

We are seeking a dependable and service-driven Customer Service Support Specialist to act as a centralized answering service for multiple property sites. This role is crucial in ensuring all incoming calls are managed efficiently, professionally, and with a strong focus on customer care. The specialist will take ownership of communication across 10 designated sites and collaborate with another team member during periods of leave or scheduling adjustments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from tenants, prospects, vendors, and internal teams across multiple properties.
