Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00am – 7:00pm

Salary Range: RM4,000 – RM6,000 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily operations of the customer service team to ensure service quality and efficiency
  • Verify consistency between reports and actual work performance
  • Plan, optimize, and improve customer service workflows
  • Assign and organize daily and weekly tasks for the CS team
  • Analyze customer service and sales‑related reports to improve performance and sales outcomes
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and customer conversion
  • Utilize Excel and relevant tools for data tracking and analysis
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and results
