Salary Range: RM4,000 – RM6,000 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily operations of the customer service team to ensure service quality and efficiency
- Verify consistency between reports and actual work performance
- Plan, optimize, and improve customer service workflows
- Assign and organize daily and weekly tasks for the CS team
- Analyze customer service and sales‑related reports to improve performance and sales outcomes
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and customer conversion
- Utilize Excel and relevant tools for data tracking and analysis
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and results
