Team Leader – Customer Care (Fixed Income)
Experience: 5–8 Years (Team Handling Mandatory)
- Lead and manage a team of customer care/service executives in the wealth management domain
- Ensure end-to-end client servicing for products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, and other investment products
- Handle escalations from HNI / UHNI clients and ensure high service standards
- Monitor daily operations, turnaround time (TAT), service quality, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers, Operations, and Compliance teams
- Drive process improvements to enhance client experience and service efficiency
- Conduct team training, performance reviews, and ensure achievement of service KPIs
- Prepare MIS, reports, and support audits and regulatory requirements.
- Over time, they will gain practical exposure to how fixed-income investments work, how investors evaluate opportunities, and the fundamentals of capital markets.
