The Customer Sales Team Leader will lead the customer service team in the delivery of outstanding service to our customers ensuring the best possible service is delivered and maintained.



The Role: 

• Lead the customer service team in the delivery of outstanding customer service.


• Ensure the team are motivated and excited to deliver the best possible result for our customers and for the business.


• Weekly communication with each of our top fifteen customers updating them of delivery expectations for parts on order.


• Management of accounts assigned to you to make sure orders are processed through the system to delivery in as short a timeframe as possible.
