An Australian owned and operated manufacturer producing engineered timber products locally and distributing nationally, with all customer service teams based onsite in Australia and working closely with production and logistics. They operate in a fast paced, product led environment, supplying directly to businesses across the building and construction sector, with a strong focus on service, reliability and next day delivery.

Position Purpose

This is an ideal opportunity for a mid career customer service leader seeking long term stability and growth, combining hands on leadership with the chance to build and develop a national team, improve systems and processes alongside IT, and progress into broader operations leadership over time within a fast paced, Australian owned manufacturing environment.
