Working with the Head of Sales and E-Commerce and Support Team Leader as part of our global team of associates, we are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our customer service team. Providing an excellent end-to-end customer experience; you will act as an online brand ambassador, helping to support a community of new and existing customers navigating all enquiries and providing superior solutions to increase customer satisfaction. This role acts as the primary contact for our customers to enhance their journey across our site including all touch points.
