We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.
About the project:
You will be responsible for handling and resolving French-speaking customer requests via phone, chat, and email. You will provide advanced support to users of a B2B financial software platform, working on complex technical and functional issues.
This is a remote position, with the occasional requirement to work from our Lisbon office once per quarter.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting clients by multiple communication channels (phone or email)
