Respond to customer inquiries from the Thailand market via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers in Thailand.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently for Thai customers.

Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance their experience in the Thailand market.

Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to resolve complex customer issues.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and policies relevant to Thailand.

Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
