Key Responsibilities

  • Make 150+ outbound calls daily using dialer-based systems
  • Manage sales targets, including onboarding at least 50 new credit card customers monthly
  • Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate call records and update relevant systems regularly
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and achieve targets
