Job Description
- Handle customer queries over inbound/outbound phone calls
- Work on voice and non-voice international BPO processes
- Deliver clear and professional communication in every interaction
- Adhere to daily shift schedules and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate call records and reports
- Undergo training (from office) and pass mandatory drug test
Requirements:
- Graduate or HSC (12th pass) candidates eligible
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–4 years) can apply
- Strong English communication skills required
