Job Description

  • Handle customer queries over inbound/outbound phone calls
  • Work on voice and non-voice international BPO processes
  • Deliver clear and professional communication in every interaction
  • Adhere to daily shift schedules and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate call records and reports
  • Undergo training (from office) and pass mandatory drug test

Requirements:

  • Graduate or HSC (12th pass) candidates eligible
  • Freshers and experienced candidates (0–4 years) can apply
  • Strong English communication skills required
