We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Winnipeg.

What We Offer: 

  • Salary: $20-$21 / hour

  • Job Type/Shift: Temporary, On-going, 30 hours a week

  • Benefits: Opportunity of growing into a Permanent position

    • What You'll Do: 

  • Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions. 

  • Troubleshoot common issues with products or services. 

  • Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems. 

    • What We're Looking For: 

  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong telephone manner. 

  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience. 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office. 

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
