Job Summary:



The Customer Assistant is responsible for directly interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests related to products and services via the telephone or in person.



Job Specification:



o Educational Attainment: Preferably, but not necessary, a graduate of secondary education or vocational course



o Skills

Good communication skills (English and Tagalog)

Organizational Skills

Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills

Wok under pressure and deal with challenging situations when facing customer in a sensitive and creative manner



Working Conditions:

o Basic selling area/Store

o Expected to sit and attend clients, accept phone calls during the entire shift
