Full Job Description:

Hermann Services is looking for a Customer Service/Billing Representative to join our South Brunswick, NJ, location. This position will be responsible for creating invoices, issuing them to customers by various electronic means, and updating customer files.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with operations staff to obtain all required delivery documentation
  • Confirm entered data from customer requirements documentation
  • Organize and categorize billing documents
  • Respond to customer and employee inquiries in a timely manner
  • Update the customer master file with contact information
  • Work with Accounts Receivable Specialist to research any short paid invoices
  • Positively promotes Hermann Services to existing and potential employees and customers
  • Perform other A/R and administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor
