Customer Service/Order Taker

Job Summary This position is the key customer contact to respond to customer requests, identify needs, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process to ensure alignment with Graniterock's Strategic Priorities and business objectives. Essential Job Accountabilities Comply, understand, and promote corporate and division safety initiatives to ensure Safety Before All Else. Provide world class customer service while serving as the key customer contact to respond to customer requests, identify needs, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. Utilize APEX to build a JPP (Job Production Plan) in XBE to ensure effective utilization of Graniterock trucks and subhaulers. Collect and pre-authorize customer credit card transactions to ensure a smooth transaction and timely payment from customers.
