Responsibilities /主要職責

  • Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints via call, live chat and email in an efficient and professional manner
  • 提供優質客戶服務包括透過電話、即時通訊(live chat)及或電郵解答顧客預約查詢及處理投訴 
  • Offer immediate assistances towards complaints
  • 及時處理投訴電話及個案
  • Be One of Us /成為我們的一份子:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above, or equivalent
  • HKCEE/HKDSE或以上學歷 (或同等學歷)
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
  • Candidates with 1-year or above CS experience / experience in Aviation, Hospitality and/or Tourism industry is highly preferred
  • 具備一年以上客戶服務相關經驗 / 航空、酒店及或旅遊業經驗優先
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • 流利粵語, 良好英語及普通話
  • Working Hours & Location /工作時間及地點

  • Monday to Sunday (5-day work week, 8.5 working hours per day)
  • 星期一至日輪班 (5天工作,每天8.5小時)
  • Sheung Wan (Nearby MTR station)
  • 上環 (地鐵站步行5分鐘)
