Responsibilities /主要職責:
Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints via call, live chat and email in an efficient and professional manner 提供優質客戶服務包括透過電話、即時通訊(live chat)及或電郵解答顧客預約查詢及處理投訴 Offer immediate assistances towards complaints 及時處理投訴電話及個案 Be One of Us /成為我們的一份子:
HKCEE/HKDSE or above, or equivalent HKCEE/HKDSE或以上學歷 (或同等學歷) Fresh Graduates are also welcome 歡迎應屆畢業生申請 Candidates with 1-year or above CS experience / experience in Aviation, Hospitality and/or Tourism industry is highly preferred 具備一年以上客戶服務相關經驗 / 航空、酒店及或旅遊業經驗優先 Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin 流利粵語, 良好英語及普通話 Working Hours & Location /工作時間及地點:
Monday to Sunday (5-day work week, 8.5 working hours per day) 星期一至日輪班 (5天工作,每天8.5小時) Sheung Wan (Nearby MTR station) 上環 (地鐵站步行5分鐘)
