Responsibilities:

Deals with customer inquiries and complains promptlySupports order process management, and provides high quality services to customers
Keeps track of customers' satisfaction level
Communicates and coordinates with internal departments for deliveries
Maintains and updates daily order information
Supports sales team in the business activities, eg AR, invoice, customs, etc
Handles account checking, billing and invoice issue
Supports E&O management

Qualifications:

College degree or above
Over 1 year job specific work experience in customer services
Strong ability of communication and conflict management
Good logical thinking and problem solving skills
Fluent in English and local language
Advanced level of using Microsoft
