Responsibilities




  • Responsible for order follow up, liaise with customers and internal parties

  • Maintaining the good relationship with the existing customers

  • Provide clerical support to Customer Service team



  • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Minimum 2-year working experience

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of English & Mandarin

  • Independent, Initiative, outgoing, having strong sense of responsibility and willing to work under pressure
