Requirements
- Diploma or Degree preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service within a freight forwarding or logistics environment.
- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of import/export and shipping documents
- Good communication skills
- Able to handle customer inquiries and follow up shipments
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player

- Follow up and update customers on shipment status
