Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service within a freight forwarding or logistics environment.
  • Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of import/export and shipping documents
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to handle customer inquiries and follow up shipments
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player
