Job Description
The Customer Service Representative role is fundamental to supporting our growing and varied customer base. You need to be committed to being a highly customer-focused team worker, who can demonstrate flexibility when required, be motivated and willing to take on new initiatives. You will also be a self-starter and have excellent communication skills.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Preparing detailed cost estimates, invoices and sales orders
Reviewing information on estimates and invoices with Customer Service Managers.
Completing costing analysis and calculate profit margins.
Providing assistance and support to Manager of Customer Service and Customer Service Managers.
Preparing and reviewing complex engine information with Customer Service Managers
Coordinating all customer support activities in relation to piece part sales, exchanges, and component repairs
