Job Description
I- Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Welcome and assist clients at the Shop.
3. Address and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
4. Process customer requests efficiently within the system.
5. Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately.
6. Confirm client appointments with attention to detail.
7. Follow up on pick-up orders to ensure timely delivery.
8. Receive and document in-person customer complaints for resolution.
II- Requirements:
Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience 1 to 3+ years of experience in Retail or Customer Care
Language Excellent Arabic, French and English knowledge
Prior experience in e-commerce and/or direct selling industries is preferred.
Proficiency with customer service systems is preferred.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A genuine passion for beauty products, including bath and body, skincare, and cosmetics.
Skilled in using effective and probing questioning and active listening techniques to identify customer needs.
Capable of learning and working independently with a strong sense of ownership, as well as thriving in a collaborative team environment.
