To be the main contact for SME and Network clients to serve, coordinate, and follow up on service orders with the different operational departments and Schenker

rs to report on the status of their shipments, as well as to identify and provide efficient solutions to deviations and complaints from clients and networks that arise during the shipping process to ensure the quality of service, development, and permanence of accounts in the company based on international regulations, procedures, and guidelines defined internally.
