Customer Site Coordinator

You will be based at the customer site, understanding the customer's indirect material supply chain to rapidly grasp commercial opportunities and requirements. You escalate these opportunities to the internal teams and work hand-in-hand with them and the customer to initiate, execute and manage commercial programs.

Your knowledge on supply chain together with communication skills, relationship building skills, entrepreneurship, influencing and analytical abilities shape how your customer account grows.

Main Job Scope

- Ensure smooth operations for onsite activities such as vending machine management, delivery performance, return-to-vendor, non-conformance solving.

- Ensure all customer enquiries, such as RFQs or back orders, and onsite problems are addressed timely.
