We are looking for an experienced Customer Solution Consultant who can act as a strategic bridge between customers, sales, and internal product/engineering teams. The ideal candidate will understand customer business challenges, translate them into effective solutions, and ensure successful adoption of products and services. This role requires strong consultative skills, solution design capability, and customer-facing expertise across the entire customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business goals, operational challenges, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams during pre-sales and post-sales phases to design and present tailored solutions that address customer needs.
- Conduct detailed requirement discovery sessions, solution workshops, and product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures, workflows, and implementation plans aligned with customer objectives and company offerings.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and delivery of solutions.
- Manage customer expectations by clearly articulating solution capabilities, limitations, timelines, and value propositions.
- Support implementation teams by providing functional guidance, documentation, and best practices to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor solution performance and customer satisfaction post-implementation, proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to influence product roadmap, feature enhancements, and service improvements.
- Develop solution documentation, proposals, case studies, and internal knowledge assets to support scalability and consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in customer consulting, solution consulting, pre-sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical or functional solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interacting with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a consultative and customer-first approach.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Experience creating solution proposals, workflows, process maps, and implementation plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working in B2B environments, SaaS, enterprise solutions, or technology-driven products.
- Exposure to CRM, ERP, analytics, or digital transformation solutions is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, customer-centric culture.
