What you’ll be doing
Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and translate them into clear, detailed solution designs using established design methodologies. Lead the technical direction of projects, ensuring optimal solution design that meets customer needs and aligns with best practices. Oversee review and validation processes for new developments and existing products, ensuring seamless integration and considering the broader impact on the product roadmap. Drive continuous improvement in design and delivery capabilities for end-to-end technical solutions. Manage customer solution design engagements, including creating statements of work and coordinating any third-party deliverables.
