Customer Solution Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer who will work closely with customers, engineering, and sales teams . This role combines solution design, hands-on technical support, and active participation in product development. You will help customers successfully adopt and operate our solutions while continuously feeding customer insights back into engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Part of the engineering team as a power user of the Tatum platform
• Communicate with customer, helping them to find and deploy solution using Tatum platform
• Helping customers to solve their issues using modern support practices
• Participate on sales prospect calls as a technical partner
• Building prototype applications on Tatum platform
