Our client, a global leader in cable manufacturing and electrification solutions, is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions professional to join their team in the CBD.  Reporting to the Customer Solutions Lead, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers—delivering exceptional service, streamlining processes, and ensuring all enquiries are managed efficiently and professionally.

The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail and previous experience in a manufacturing sales support environment.  Proficiency in SAP is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills that foster effective collaboration and enhance the overall sales process.
