KONE is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to provide cutting-edge technical insights that drive innovative solutions in New Building projects. You will play a key role in ensuring KONE’s offerings align seamlessly with customer needs, transforming ideas into optimized technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored technical solutions for customers
  • Engage in early customer interactions, ensuring KONE specifications are included in building plans
  • Define solution scope, costing, and lead times in cooperation with various business functions
  • Perform technical site surveys, traffic analyses, and energy calculations
  • Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Support installation and maintenance teams in ensuring long-term solution efficiency

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic)
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • 2-3 years of experience in elevator or related industries
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and CAD/BIM tools
  • Excellent solution selling, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable using engineering and data analysis tools
  • Innovation-driven with leadership qualities
