Customer Solutions Manager
Unified Valve Group is seeking a hardworking, motivated, driven Customer Solutions Manager, who thrives on being in the field, visiting clientele ensuring customer service and generating new accounts. The Customer Solutions Manager is responsible for Red Deer, Alberta and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Manage Red Deer and surrounding area business development through effective networking, cold calling, research, growing contact list and ensuring that Unified Valve Group is at the forefront of all local opportunitiesEffective prioritization of all sales activities in support of Unified Valve Group business strategies and sales targetsMarket and promote Unified Valve Group products and services following established business and sales strategies while effectively utilizing Unified Valve Groups marketing platformEffectively leverage internal and external resources such as product experts, seasoned field technicians, OEM and various training sessionsMaintain communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure complete, timely and accurate service delivery with every customer and every orderAccurate and timely completion of all documentation and reports, including Turnaround Control Document and ensure that key stakeholders are kept abreast of client requirements and needsWhen needed, assist with coding, getting signatures and collectionsAdherence with Unified Valve Groups Quality and Safety ProgramLiaise with Supply Chain Management and with key stakeholders regarding returns and warranty issues Requirements:
5 years of strong service sales experience in Oil & GasWhile there is a focus on service, sales and solutions – Previous experience selling new products and dealing with Alberta O&G Supply Chain is an assetMechanically InclinedAbility and willingness to travel within Red Deer and surrounding areaHave strong cold calling skillsProven and demonstrated ability to establish and foster strong trusting business relationshipsMust have proven ability to manage own timeMust be self-driven, entrepreneurially motivated and goal-orientedExceptional communicator, presenter and customer service orientedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSolid computer skills and ability to quickly/effectively learn and adapt to new software or technologyStrong network and ability to coordinate meetings Reward
