Our client, a leading organization in the technology support industry, is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to join their team. As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer engagement and technical assistance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Solutions Representative
**Location:** Boise, ID
**Pay Range: $18.11**
**What's the Job?**
+ Validate customer entitlement and log cases for routing or dispatching to appropriate resources
+ Monitor service events through to completion ensuring compliance
+ Manage customer service requests across various access channels
+ Review customer feedback and analyze statistics related to customer access and case management
+ Participate in or lead projects aimed at process or quality improvements
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education
+ Superior written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience in customer-facing roles, either remote or face-to-face
+ Proficiency with computer systems and problem-solving skills
