Shift: Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment; 5-day work week)


Job Summary


We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Banking Operations to join our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.

In this role, you will interact with global clients, ensuring all banking relationships and transactions comply with international regulatory standards while providing a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Customer Verification: Conduct inbound/outbound voice interactions with international clients to perform identity verification and due diligence.

• Compliance Monitoring: Review and analyze customer documentation (KYC) to ensure adherence to global banking regulations and internal policies.

• Risk Assessment: Identify high-risk profiles and perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where necessary.

• Fraud Detection: Monitor transaction patterns for suspicious activities and escalate potential money laundering risks (AML) to the compliance team.

• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly explain complex compliance requirements and documentation requests to customers in a professional, empathetic manner.

• Case Management: Maintain accurate records of investigations, customer interactions, and compliance checks in the banking CRM. Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2-8 years of experience in an International Voice Process within the Banking or Financial Services (BFSI) sector.

• Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AML, KYC, CDD (Customer Due Diligence), and US/UK/Global banking regulations.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1/C2 level preferred).

• Education: Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Finance background is a significant plus).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with banking CRM tools (e.g., Actimize, Mantas, or Oracle FCCM).
