This role leads the strategic framing and execution of customer transformation initiatives across business units. The Customer Strategy & Design Manager takes a top-down approach, starting from organizational goals and customer needs, to identify growth opportunities, develop transformation roadmaps, and craft business recommendations that deliver measurable impact. Focused on aligning customer-centric strategies with enterprise priorities, this role engages stakeholders, builds business cases, and drives decision-making at the executive level.
