Job Description

We're looking for a high-ownership Customer Success and Growth Manager to drive B2B and enterprise growth at A3CEND. This is a revenue-carrying role focused on building pipeline, engaging decision makers, running sales conversations and closing deals. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across GCCs, GBS organizations, large enterprises, and growth-stage startups, helping them adopt capability building solutions that deliver real business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle: prospecting discovery proposal closure
  • Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn outreach, referrals, events and partnerships
  • Conduct discovery and solutioning conversations with CXOs, CHROs, L&D and Business Leaders
