OneTablet helps restaurants manage online delivery orders by connecting Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and other platforms into one simple system. We support restaurants daily to make sure everything runs smoothly and orders are fulfilled on time.

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. This role includes both customer support and light sales support tasks. You will assist restaurants with issues on tablets and printers, help resolve order problems, and make sure restaurants feel heard and supported.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time remote role.

Our team provides near 24-hour coverage, with a main focus on
day and evening hours in New York (EST) time zone
