At Cattle Care, we use Artificial Intelligence to increase the revenue of dairy farms and decrease GHG emissions, antibiotics, and hormone usage. We secured $3.2M in funding from serial angel investors, VCs, and domain experts. We work with 92 farms in the US and have $1.7M ARR.
**About the role**
Join our dynamic team as a Remote Customer Success Assistant and become an integral part of our mission to provide exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will maintain customer relationships by assisting in various customer-related tasks. This is a full-time position primarily focused on Mondays and Tuesdays.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Participate in meetings alongside the customer success team, taking meeting notes and addressing action points to the team;
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Spanish;
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar);
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities;
- Reliable internet connection;
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field would be a plus.
