Join Snappr as a Customer Success Associate to support global customers and photographers, ensuring seamless booking experiences in a dynamic startup environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Help Snappr expand to new markets by supporting customers worldwide
  • Answer questions about the photoshoot process and resolve scheduling issues
  • Work with photographers to resolve disputes around the results of their photoshoots
  • Adapt to shifting job duties in a start-up environment based on customer needs
  • Take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English
  • BPO experience is a plus, but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
  • Ability to track and monitor CSAT scores, identifying trends and areas for improvement
