Join Snappr as a Customer Success Associate to support global customers and photographers, ensuring seamless booking experiences in a dynamic startup environment.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Help Snappr expand to new markets by supporting customers worldwide
- Answer questions about the photoshoot process and resolve scheduling issues
- Work with photographers to resolve disputes around the results of their photoshoots
- Adapt to shifting job duties in a start-up environment based on customer needs
- Take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English
- BPO experience is a plus, but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
- Ability to track and monitor CSAT scores, identifying trends and areas for improvement
