We make it easy for local businesses to invoice their customers over WhatsApp. With Swipe, businesses can send a WhatsApp message with a link that allows their customers to pay instantly with various payment methods.
What You Will Do
Provide exceptional support through our chat support, Intercom, and on calls.
Conduct product walkthroughs and guide customers in utilizing our app to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Handle customer complaints and escalations empathetically and professionally, striving to resolve them efficiently.
