As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Client Success & Relationship Associate to manage client interactions ensuring successful adoption of Sundew’s digital solutions while contributing to new business acquisition.



Roles & Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for prospective clients through calls, emails, and digital channels and partners.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Understand client business requirements and position Sundew’s services effectively.
  • Fix significant number of client meetings per month with senior stakeholders for new client acquisition.
