Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat support related to investment and trading products
Provide support on mutual funds, stocks, ETFs, trading accounts, and investment platforms
Resolve customer issues within defined TAT and quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BFSI regulations
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations
Deliver a seamless customer experience through strong written communication
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Investment Banking / BFSI / Finance sector
Mandatory experience in Chat / Non-Voice customer support
Hands-on exposure to Mutual Funds and Investment products
Basic understanding of capital markets, trading, and financial services
Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
