Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat support related to investment and trading products
  • Provide support on mutual funds, stocks, ETFs, trading accounts, and investment platforms
  • Resolve customer issues within defined TAT and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BFSI regulations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience through strong written communication


Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Investment Banking / BFSI / Finance sector
  • Mandatory experience in Chat / Non-Voice customer support
  • Hands-on exposure to Mutual Funds and Investment products
  • Basic understanding of capital markets, trading, and financial services
