Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat support related to investment and trading products
- Provide support on mutual funds, stocks, ETFs, trading accounts, and investment platforms
- Resolve customer issues within defined TAT and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BFSI regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations
- Deliver a seamless customer experience through strong written communication
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Investment Banking / BFSI / Finance sector
- Mandatory experience in Chat / Non-Voice customer support
- Hands-on exposure to Mutual Funds and Investment products
- Basic understanding of capital markets, trading, and financial services
