We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate who is passionate about sports and thrives in high-pressure environments. Our client is a rapidly scaling startup in the sports coaching software space, known for building intuitive, high-impact tools that help coaches and teams perform at their best.

This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, supporting customers in real time, and being a reliable presence when it matters most.

The Role
